There seems oil exudate on surface of new shock absorber. Why this happen?
What you see is grease and don't worry it's oil leakage. Such problem doesn't happen on our new shock absorber.(The status of oil film on piston is not called oil leakage.The oil film is the result of processing surface of piston thus longer service life gained.)
Spring also to be replaced when shock absober is replaced?
Usually, the spring also is replaced to reach best result,however if the spring looks good,it's not necessary for replacement.
How long is the service life for your parts?
This depends on the driving conditions including road,speed and so on. Usually,50000kms is ok for our parts.
